Our service team is led by Steve Redmond, our lead logistics manager with over 20 years experience in all facets of transportation. His expertise spans services such as; Less Than Truckload (LTL), Truckload, Expedited Air and Ground, International and Transportation Consulting.

Steve learned the transportation business from the bottom-up, starting on the docks and progressing through increased responsibilities in sales, operations and senior management for Consolidated Freightways and YRC Worldwide. He gained valuable business experience developing, leading and acquiring various service lines for these Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout his career, Steve has developed a nationwide network of reputable industry provider relationships in support of all modes across North America which allows RedHot to consistently deliver quality equipment and drivers.

Steve has successfully parlayed his corporate experience, a prestigious MBA degree from Rockhurst University with his entrepreneurial passion into a successful Kansas City based transportation company.
